| Yoga DVD recommendation? |

I've been wanting to try out yoga, but am no longer a member of a health club. Ideally, I'd love to do it at home instead of having to plan around someone else's schedule.
Does anyone have suggestions for a good beginners' yoga DVD? Ideally a type of yoga that doesn't require a lot of arm strength; I still have occasional issues with tendinitis.
